for Salt Lake Section 0615 Members

CQA, CQE Certification Exam Prep Classes

These certification classes are a joint section activity presented by the Salt Lake Section and the Golden Spike Section.

Please register as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate classroom arrangements. Each person will be responsible to make their own arrangements for the exam and any fees associated with taking the exam. Please acquire your own primer from either the Quality Council of Indiana or the Golden Spike Section. (a discount is available from Golden Spike if you order by: September 4th, 2009.)

Stipulations for participating in these classes:

• MUST be a member of the Salt Lake or Golden Spike Section.

• MUST commit to taking (and paying for) the certification exam on December 5, 2009.

• MUST go to the ASQ National website – exam Bodies of Knowledge and pay and complete registration ($240 fee) please bring evidence of registration to the first day of class.

• Purchase your primer from the Quality Council of Indiana or the Golden Spike Section.
  QC of Indiana – CQA – $65 + S&H, CQE – $75 + S&H.   Golden Spike if ordered by the 4th receive $10 off.
