Participants will receive a CD that they can use to work with their real supply chains at work, when participants go back and implement the lessons learned during the training, they should easily get 100′s of percent return on investment from the cost of attending the symposium.
In addition to the one day training, participants receive online training. If all of the assignments are completed they will receive a certification from Alpha Consulting as a certified Process Improvement Associate.
The workshop leader is John Lee. John Lee is the president of Alpha Quality Consulting and his online training company Alpha Training and Consulting. John has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. John is considered an expert on organizational transformation and how to create quality as an organizations competitive advantage. John is the author of the book “Rising above It All”, which is a book on the art and science of organizational transformation.
John has led such workshops for hundreds of companies and has an excellent track record as a teacher and workshop leader, John is known for his ability to inspire organizations to reach levels of performance once considered impossible. Ultimately John teaches his clients how to make work both fun and effective again.
